Job summary

HRUCKUS is seeking an experienced Cleared Field Support Engineer to provide expert second-tier technical support, system configuration, and on-site training to field engineers and customers in Landover, MD.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, Tier II technical support experience, advanced network troubleshooting capabilities, and a willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS). Travel is frequent and work is performed at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Active/Current Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Willingness to work outside of normal hours.
• Travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0 years experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert and second-tier technical support to field engineers and technicians.
• Advises on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of systems and products.
• Tests, trains, and supports customers on designated systems and services.
• Maintains network stability and resolves complex incidents at customer sites.
• Travels frequently to customer sites and collaborates with developers to reduce reoccurring issues.
