HRUCKUS is seeking an experienced Cleared Field Support Engineer to provide second-tier technical support and on-site training to customers and field engineers in Landover, Maryland. The ideal candidate will possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

The role requires expertise in troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of technical products, ensuring network stability, and resolving complex technical issues at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Active/Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Knowledge of designated systems.
• Willingness to work outside of normal work hours.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
