Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Field Support Engineer to join our national intelligence program. This role involves on-site work at customer sites, providing expert technical support, installation guidance, and field services to ensure mission readiness.

You will troubleshoot, train, and collaborate with developers and engineers to reduce incidents and improve system performance while traveling CONUS/OCONUS as needed to support missions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass and obtain a Poly.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with bachelor's degree; minimum of 6 years with master's; 12+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert and second-tier technical support to field engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical guidance on installation, configuration, and enhancement of systems.
• Test, train, and provide field support to customers on designated systems.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and modify products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain network stability and optimum Mean Time to Repair.
• Provide training to customers and document procedures.
