Peraton is seeking a skilled Systems Field Support Engineer to join our national intelligence program. This role involves providing second-tier technical support, training customers, and ensuring network stability at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with systems administration, relevant certifications, and the ability to manage technical challenges effectively. A TS/SCI clearance is required, and applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required, with or without degree.
• Current certifications in Security-related fields are mandatory.
• Experience in server virtualization and cloud technologies desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert and second-tier technical support to field engineers.
• Test, train, and support customers regarding technical aspects of systems.
• Maintain network stability and troubleshoot incidents effectively.
• Develop and review technical documentation.

Skills

Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance

5 years with BS/BA

Current CISSP or Security + Certification

Systems Administration of Windows Server

Technical knowledge of Microsoft products

General knowledge of networking

Possess good oral and written skills

Education

BS/BA or equivalent experience
