Job summary

HRUCKUS is actively seeking a Cleared Field Support Engineer for an on-site assignment in Landover, MD. The candidate will provide expert, second-tier technical support and on-site training to field engineers and customers.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS), and advanced network troubleshooting capabilities. You will work at customer sites and partner with developers to resolve complex incidents.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience in field support and Tier II technical support.
• Strong network troubleshooting and system configuration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert and second-tier technical support to field engineers and technicians.
• Offer guidance on installation, configuration, and customization of systems and services.
• Test, train, and provide on-site support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and maintain network stability.
• Coordinate with developers and engineers to reduce recurring issues.
• Travel frequently to customer sites to deliver services.
