Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years recruiting for DoD, federal, or national security customers.
• Experience recruiting cleared personnel (SECRET–TS/SCI) and knowledge of the clearance lifecycle.
• Ability to recruit across multiple states and adapt to local labor markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for DoD and federal programs from intake to onboarding.
• Build pipelines of cleared and clearable candidates across engineering, software, cybersecurity, and program management.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers to develop descriptions aligned to contract requirements.
• Support capture and proposal staffing efforts for new awards and recompetes.
