Job summary

CRL Technologies in Lexington Park, Maryland is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions. You will work directly with the HR Director, manage intake with hiring managers, and maintain a proactive pipeline for TS-cleared talent.

You will perform hands-on sourcing, maintain ATS hygiene, and coordinate clearance processes with Security/FSO. A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of GovCon recruiting is required, with DoD/Intelligence experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in cleared/government-contractor environments.
• Hands-on sourcing capable of high-volume closures for TS-cleared talent.
• Experience applying clearance processes and LCATs; familiarity with Security/FSO coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions; meet time-to-fill targets by clearance level.
• Do hands-on sourcing to raise qualified yield beyond inbound applicants.
• Own hiring-manager relationships: intake, and a visible pipeline.
• Apply the LCAT matrix to candidates; coordinate with Security/FSO on clearances.
• Use referrals and candidate capture via ATS/req hygiene.
