Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance is mandatory.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience required.
• Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE) is needed.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets related to network events.
• Monitor network events and manage failures in real-time.
• Analyze alarms to provide detailed resolutions.
• Restoration of networks and services to full operation.
