Job summary

Quva Pharma in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support for the 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. You will support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding while ensuring GDP compliance and aseptic practices to help deliver safe, high-quality injectable medicines across the US.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and training, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and sterile environment rules.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification to support cleaning.
• Document activities per GDPs and established procedures.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and remove expired items monthly.
