QuVa Pharma is seeking a Production Technician I - Prep/Clean Room Support for our Sugar Land, Texas facility. This role supports aseptic production, cleanroom operations, and material handling on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM).

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Aufgaben

• Assist in Prep/Cleanroom operations and related processes.
• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment following GDPs and standards.
• Maintain Aseptic Gowning Qualification to support cleaning.
• Complete necessary documents for accountability and traceability of product following GDPs.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals, pulling expired ones monthly.
• Complete documentation of activities per established procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
