Job summary

Clean Energy Fuels in Irving, TX seeks an Account Manager to develop strong customer relationships, promote retention, and grow revenue across a portfolio of existing accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams, deliver exceptional service, and guide customers through onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, plus a minimum of 5 plus years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and volume of assigned accounts through renewals and upsells.
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams on daily account management.
• Provide exceptional client service and track progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.
