Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a full-time Client Retention Representative to join the Dallas team. You will work with local business owners to review electricity and natural gas plans, present supplier options, and tailor solutions to their needs.

Your focus is on maintaining existing relationships while growing the portfolio through new opportunities. You’ll be part of a team that values long-term client care and opportunities for advancement as the company expands into additional

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
