Job summary

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is seeking a Coordinator for Professional Development CLE to support the CLE team and the firm’s CLE compliance needs. The role is integral to delivering internal and client-facing training programs.

The successful candidate will manage state CLE requirements, accreditation processes, and program logistics for in‑house, client, and virtual trainings, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least one year of experience with similar responsibilities in a large law firm with multiple CLE jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with national CLE rules and regulations and what is required to support attorneys with CLE‑related matters; experience with New York and California CLE requirements strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of state CLE requirements, primarily New York and California.
• Assist with accreditation, renewal applications and reporting to ensure provider status.
• Coordinate invitations, materials, sign‑in sheets, remote participation forms, agendas, evaluations and other paperwork for in‑person and virtual programs.
• Enter CLE programs into the tracking database and maintain records for internal tracking and external reporting.
• Monitor CLE inbox and support responses, organize CLE materials and attendance records.
