The Community Living Center RN at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs delivers competent, evidence-based nursing care to residents and works with licensed professionals to ensure quality outcomes.

You will participate in education, orientation, and performance improvement initiatives while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include leading as a nursing professional, contributing to student and staff development, and ensuring accurate documentation with the MDS

Formación

• Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English to perform clinical responsibilities.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program (ACEN/CCNE accreditation) as a prerequisite for RN role.
• Foreign nursing education requires degree equivalency validation by a recognized agency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care to assigned residents.
• Assist in directing nursing education, orientation, and competencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and safety.
• Coordinate with MDS coordinator to ensure documentation reflects RUG scores.
