The Dayton VA Medical Center, part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a Community Living Center Registered Nurse (RN).

The RN will deliver evidence-based nursing care to veterans and serve as a team leader or member for a group of patients on the shift. The role includes coordinating care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Must hold a registered nurse (RN) license in any US state or territory.
• Experience providing and supervising direct patient care in a nursing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to veterans per the nursing process.
• Supervise/licensed nursing staff and assist in coordinating care across interdisciplinary team.
• Advocate for veterans and support education, orientation, and quality improvement.
