U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Health Administration is seeking a Registered Nurse (Community Living Center) to provide and supervise comprehensive nursing care in the CLC unit, following the nursing process and ANA standards.

The RN will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and lead a team including LPNs and CNAs, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provides competent, evidence-based nursing care to assigned residents.
• Oversees licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants.
• Administers medications and procedures per policies and guidelines.
• Leads care delivery using the nursing process for complex patients.
• Coordinates care focusing on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction.
• Collaborates with the CLC interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Participates in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
