This role diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and network issues, performs regular maintenance, and supports faculty, staff, and students with classroom technology. Strong customer service and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and effective technical support for classroom technology, including AV equipment, computing equipment, and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with classroom technology systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of classroom technology resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to faculty, staff, and students regarding classroom technology, including AV equipment and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize disruptions during instructional sessions.
• Perform regular maintenance such as firmware updates, software patches, and equipment inspections.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting resources for classroom technology.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment including inventory, repairs, and replacements, and assist with procurement when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to and addressing needs of faculty, staff, and students.
