Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience supporting classroom technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to faculty, staff, and students for classroom technology.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting classroom systems.
• Perform regular maintenance like firmware updates and hardware inspections.
• Create and maintain user guides and troubleshooting resources.
• Maintain equipment inventory and assist with procurement as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive problem-solving.
