Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking an Instructional Technology Analyst to provide expert in-person support for Fisher College of Business learning spaces, including classrooms and event rooms. You will troubleshoot audio/video/Crestron systems and assist with distance learning facility operation.

The role includes after-hours classroom support, supervising student staff, and helping with installations and preventive maintenance across the facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equiv. combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with installing and maintaining learning environment hardware and software - audio, video and associated control systems including Crestron.
• Experience with customer service and ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of networking basics and client hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert-level troubleshooting and in-person user support for Fisher College of Business learning environments, including classroom, meeting, and event spaces.
• Assists users with operation of distance learning facilities and controls of classroom environments.
• Investigates incidents and provides resolutions; collaborates with other FCOBITS for network and security needs.
• Manages after-hours classroom support and trains student staff for urgent needs; participates in installation and preventive maintenance.
