Ohio State University is seeking an Instructional Technology Analyst to provide expert in-person support for Fisher College of Business learning spaces, including classrooms and event rooms. You will troubleshoot audio/video/Crestron systems and assist with distance learning facility operation.
The role includes after-hours classroom support, supervising student staff, and helping with installations and preventive maintenance across the facilities.

Provides expert-level troubleshooting and in-person user support for Fisher College of Business (FCOB) learning environments including classroom, meeting, and event spaces. Assist users with operation of distance learning facilities; Provides expert level troubleshooting and support for all electronic/electro-mechanical systems related to control of the classroom environment; Investigates incidents and provides solutions and resolutions; Collaborates with other FCOBITS support specialists as needed for network and security needs. Manages after-hours classroom support operation including answering and tracking calls and shares the responsibility of managing and training student support staff who respond to urgent customer needs in the classroom. Assists with installation projects and preventative maintenance as required. Position will have fluctuating hours including Saturday support of online and in-person weekend graduate programs.
The target hiring range for this job profile is $58,700 - $77,200. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limit to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
