Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, educational technology, or related field, or similar certified coursework.
• Three years or the equivalent of working experience with classroom technology systems is highly preferred.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; thorough knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows.
• Ability to apply technical judgment to standard and nonstandard applications and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for campus classroom tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and consultation for classroom technologies.
• Oversee and maintain classroom tech in general assignment classrooms, Tier I and II support.
• Lead workshops and trainings for faculty on technical and pedagogical topics.
• Collaborate with CTET team and campus partners to support educational technology.
