Job summary
Sonoma State University in Sonoma, CA, is seeking a Classroom Technology Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical support for CTET’s classroom systems and coordinate with faculty and staff. The role covers Tier I and II support, campus-wide educational technology projects, and training sessions for faculty.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, educational technology, communications, or a related field.
- Three years or the equivalent of working experience with classroom technology systems is highly preferred.
- High proficiency with standard office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and thorough knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier II and basic Tier I classroom technology support.
- Collaborate with CTET and campus partners to oversee and maintain classroom technologies.
- Lead workshops and trainings for faculty on technical and pedagogical topics.
