Qualifications

• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Windows in a desktop environment; Apple support desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II walk-up technical support to students, faculty, and staff via in-person, phone, email, and chat.
• Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for computers, classroom technology, audiovisual systems, and related hardware/software.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, configure, maintain, and repair hardware/software in administrative and instructional environments.
• Perform routine software updates, patches, and maintenance for supported computers and audiovisual equipment.
• Maintain operational readiness of supported technology through preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Monitor classroom/instructional tech readiness; conduct equipment checks for instruction.
• Provide technical training and guidance to faculty/staff on classroom tech and software.
• Maintain documentation of issues, steps, and resolutions in ticketing systems.
