Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, security updates, and system configurations.
• Experience in help desk support and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Assist with IT planning, procurements, asset management, and project coordination.
• Maintain college network infrastructure, servers, and related services.
• Support email administration, LAN services, and information security practices.
