Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support for internal desktop systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, workstations, printers, servers, and network issues.
• Serve as a primary contact to answer inquiries and initiate resolution of problems.
• Communicate on-site, electronic, or by phone.
• Support end-users on various desktop systems issues and assess priority levels.
• Work in ITS Classroom Support, supporting instructors in over 250 classrooms.
