Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Five years of audio visual programming experience.
  • Additional work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to four years.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex live and hybrid events, including video conferencing, recording, streaming, and sound reinforcement.
  • Lead AV projects and coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors; develop SOPs and support workflows.
  • Train and mentor AV team members and student workers on equipment use and troubleshooting.
  • Set up procedures, maintain inventory of AV equipment, and ensure timely maintenance and upgrades; ensure AV systems comply with accessibility standards and institutional policies.
