Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s EBDT Classified IT Transformation team is modernizing the delivery of classified IT services for Business-Area partners and DoW programs. We seek an experienced System Engineer to join the Classified IT Center of Excellence (CoE).

This is a hands-on role focused on resolving complex challenges across applications, systems, and network connectivity within a classified environment. The selected candidate will administer and support Linux and/or Windows systems, network

Qualifications

• 3+ years of system administration experience in Linux/Windows, networking, or storage.
• Experience with DoD RMF and STIGs in classified environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure next-generation IT infrastructure solutions.
• Perform routine updates, upgrades, patching, and vulnerability scanning.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle compliance.
• Enforce DoD policies including STIG and RMF.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to verify resolution and document changes.
• Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation and travel to other facilities.
