Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Manassas/Herndon is seeking a Network Administrator for the Classified IT Transformation team. You will manage classified and unclassified networks, perform routine updates, and support encryption systems on-site at two Virginia campuses.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, DoD protocol knowledge, and the ability to work a 4x10 schedule with on-call rotations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in network infrastructure, CCNA/CCNP familiarity, and TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience installing/configuring Cisco and/or Brocade switches and routers.
• Experience with routing and switching and TCP/IP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support Type 1 encryption systems and monitor classified network infrastructure.
• Investigate break/fix incidents and support various projects on campus and remote facilities.
• Manage on-site network maintenance, including upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
