Job summary

Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc. in Olympia, WA, seeks Line Drivers for local and regional runs, offering competitive mileage pay and hourly wages.

You will be part of a team delivering safe, on-time service across the West Coast and surrounding regions with home nightly flexibility. Requirements include 21+, Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements, 1+ year verifiable CDL experience, clean driving record, DOT medical, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements REQUIRED.
• At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment.
• Doubles/triples & chaining experience preferred but not required.
• Valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Must have a clean driving record; no DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in last 3 years.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch.
• Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate tractor trailer combinations between terminals.
• Adapt to inclement weather and various road conditions.
• Meet the Company’s reliability standard for employees.
• Chain as needed and work in inclement weather.
• Availability to work weekends and/or nights if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Competitive Mileage Pay

• Earn between $0.70 to $0.79 per mile. Plus, you get an extra $0.03 per mile for triples.
• Get compensated for every drop, hook, CHAINING, and fuel.

• We value your time and pay you for your wait time.
• Hourly pay $29.95 to $33.86 doe.
