Job summary

Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver for local Pick-Up & Delivery routes in our Utah area. Home nightly, with overtime after 8 hours and weekend or night shifts as needed.

The role requires a Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements, at least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience, and a clean driving record. Good communication with customers and dispatch is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements.
• At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment.
• Doubles/triples & chaining experience preferred but not required.
• Valid DOT Medical Certification.
• No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
• Adapt to inclement weather and varied road conditions.
• Meet company reliability standards.
• Chain up when required and work in weather-affected conditions.
• Availabilty to work weekends and/or nights as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
• Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions.
• Ability to meet the Company’s reliability standard for employees.
• Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather is required.
• Availability to work weekends and/ or nights if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
