Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks, considered the safest on the road! Features include ergonomically designed seats, perfectly positioned steering, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, larger built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with built-in manual power inverter (3500W), dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right-way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. Maintenance is handled on-site, with a wash bay for truck and trailer washes.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55 cpm to .58 cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional compensation includes detention, layovers, and other load-specific pay. Average weekly earnings are between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. You work this week, you get paid the next—no holds.

Home Time

Drivers get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days in our service area. Some drivers may have longer periods out with additional days off, especially in outlying areas. Home time is agreed upon in writing before hiring and honored accordingly. Dispatch should be notified of home time needs. We accommodate special events and appointments when possible.

Loads & Routes

98% of freight originates in Missouri. Over 55% is drop and hook; the rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. We operate dry van (palletized) and reefer trailers (climate-controlled, no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). Most freight is in the US middle corridor; no New York City, no forced dispatch west of Denver, CO, and no ports or borders. We prioritize major highways and mostly contracted freight, with a mix of dry van and reefer loads. No dedicated routes. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Rider & Canine Policies

One passenger aged 12 or older is allowed from day one. Pet policy allows for 2 small dogs or 1 large dog, with a $500 fee and a weekly deduction of $100 until paid off. The policy is non-refundable once the pet is in the truck. No policies for cats, reptiles, or birds.
