About Climate Express

Climate Express has been transporting full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years. We operate with 200 company drivers who help keep families supplied with essential household goods. Our fleet features safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern amenities, high miles, consistent paychecks, and reliable home time. We are a team committed to getting things done together.

Equipment

Our trucks are 2022 or newer Volvo 760 models, automatic, with safety features and ergonomic design. They include 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletops, large refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat-screen TV mounts, satellite radios, and on-site maintenance facilities.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $0.55 to $0.58 per mile, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layovers, and other factors vary by load and hours. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some areas may allow longer stretches out with additional days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special needs.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with a significant portion being drop-and-hook. We operate mostly in the US middle corridor, avoiding New York City, ports, and borders. Freight includes dry van and reefer loads, with no dedicated routes. We utilize major highways and contracted freight.

Additional Policies

• Rider policy allows 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1
• Canine policy: $500 fee for pets, with weekly deductions until paid off; no policy for other pets
