About Climate Express

Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks, automatic transmission. Features include ergonomic seats, perfect steering, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat-screen TV mount, satellite radios, right-way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. On-site maintenance and wash bay available.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55 to .58 CPM, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional compensation for detention, layovers, and other factors. Average weekly pay between $2600 and $3200, paid weekly via direct deposit. No holdbacks.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments. While drivers do not accrue days off weekly, we aim to accommodate individual needs.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop-and-hook. The rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. We operate dry van and reefer (climate-controlled) trailers, mainly in the US middle corridor. No New York City, no force dispatch west of Denver, CO, and no ports or borders. Freight is mostly contracted, running on major highways, with some loads in the Midwest and South. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Policies

• Rider Policy: 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1
• Canine Policy: $500 fee per pet, up to 2 small or 1 large dog, with weekly deductions until paid, non-refundable once placed
