Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment used for daily route information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily routing directions and stay on route unless directed by supervisor.
• Manage time daily to complete the route within the schedule.
• Load and unload trucks safely and assist others as needed.
• Handle donated materials safely and use PPE as required.
• Train and supervise truck helper in the rehabilitation program.
• Perform pre/post checks and ensure equipment is in working order.
• Maintain courteous customer service and report donor issues to dispatch.
