• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Strong time management and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment used for daily route information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily routing directions and stay on route as directed by supervisor.
• Complete routes within the approved work schedule; ensure 100% completion daily.
• Safely load and unload the truck and assist with other trucks as needed.
• Handle donated material with proper safety procedures and PPE.
• Train and supervise truck helper in rehabilitation program expectations.
• Perform daily pre- and post-checks and report any issues to supervisor.
• Maintain courteous professional conduct with customers and report donor problems.
• Abide by DOT regulations and state laws; participate in safety meetings.
