Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment used for daily route information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily routing directions and stay on route as directed.
• Complete routes within the approved work schedule with 100% completion.
• Safely load and unload the truck and assist with other trucks as requested.
• Handle donated material with proper safety procedures and PPE.
• Train and supervise a truck helper in their rehabilitation program.
• Report accidents, safety issues, and infractions to the supervisor.
