Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for OTR Egg Delivery to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater, Ohio. Most runs are within 750 miles of CEP, with home weekends and occasional midweek home time.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out monthly, plus pay per mile up to $0.6505, $10 per drop, and profit-sharing opportunities. Generous benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) with company match, wellness reimbursements, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting eggs, materials and backhaul products while adhering to biosecurity practices.
• Properly disinfecting tractor, trailer, equipment, and boots.
• Completing daily driver inspection reports and proper paperwork.
• Complying with e-log regulations.

Our Coldwater Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for OTR Egg Delivery to join our Central Egg Processing (CEP) team in Coldwater.

$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)

SHIFT HOURS

Vary upon travel schedule. Most runs are within 750 miles of CEP. This position provides the ability to be home every weekend and once throughout the week!

COMPENSATION

Paid on actual miles with rates up to $0.6505 per mile, $10.00 per drop, $10.00 minimum per border crossing and more. As reference, our OTR drivers averaged an income between $82,000-$91,000 in 2025, not including profit-sharing bonuses.

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
