Cooper Farms in Oakwood, Ohio, is hiring a 1st shift Breeder Transport team member at the C-1 facility. You will assist in truck and trailer operations, ensuring readiness for weather and supporting other Breeder Division tasks.

Starting pay is $19.35 per hour, with an increase to $21.30 per hour after 90 days. Benefits include paid vacation, same-day pay, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, a $300 yearly wellness reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain a driving record compliant with Cooper Farms Fleet Safety Manual
• Must be able to obtain a Medical Certificate
• Must have previous trailer hauling experience

Responsabilidades

• Assist in cleaning and storing of all trucks/trailers/equipment in their proper location
• Assure all trucks/trailers are prepared for weather
• Assist in other areas of the Breeder Division when needed: including, but not limited to: Grow out Farms, Clean out Crew, and Vaccination Crew

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19.35 /hour
• Increase to $21.30 /hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:00am-3:00pm
  • Occasional weekends
  • Hours will vary seasonally.
