Job summary

Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, is seeking a Claims Communication and Process Enablement Lead to join the Adjusting Team. This role translates strategy, system changes, and workflow designs into clear, executable practices for frontline teams across Claims functions.

Responsibilities include documenting workflows, creating practical job aids, and driving adoption of changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum seven (7) years in workers' compensation claims management, claims operations, or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end documentation of critical Claims workflows across Adjusting, Medical Management, and operational support functions.
• Design and deliver job aids that support real-time decision making and reduce tribal knowledge.
• Translate system changes and process updates into clear, actionable communications for leadership and frontline teams.
• Monitor execution quality and identify gaps between standards and actual practice; drive continuous improvements.
