Job summary

Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, seeks a Claims Learning and Development Supervisor to design and execute technical training for adjusters and related teams. The role leads a team, aligning training with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of insurance claims experience with at least three (3) years in claims adjusting/operations.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience developing and executing department-level training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Claims Career-Long-Learning team.
• Coordinate with Claims leadership to address training needs across the claims lifecycle.
• Design and develop L&D toolkits and assessments for training effectiveness.
• Deliver training and prepare subject-matter experts as presenters.
• Leverage technology: e-learning platforms, AI-enabled solutions.
