Job summary

BHHC's Workers Compensation Division seeks a Claims Communication and Process Enablement Lead in San Diego, CA, to translate strategy into executable workflows and standards. You will document end-to-end workflows, develop practical job aids, and partner with leadership to ensure clear adoption across frontline teams.

You will drive disciplined change communications, monitor execution quality, and lead continuous improvements in processes and tools, including CMS and Power BI integrations.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in workers' compensation claims management or related operations.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear guidance.
• Experience with Claims Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience leading operational change initiatives and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end documentation of critical Claims workflows across Adjusting, Medical Management, and operational support functions.
• Designs and delivers high-quality job aids that support real-time decision making.
• Partners with Claims leadership and Transformation team to translate system changes and process updates into clear, actionable communications.
• Monitors execution consistency and identifies gaps between standards and practice.
• Drives continuous refinement of workflows, job aids, and communication practices.
