Job summary

You will collaborate across departments to design and deliver sessions, provide actionable feedback, and focus on Self-Funded Claims processing and advanced operations while driving measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related work experience.
• iiiPUT system experience required.
• Self-Funded Claims Processing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years' experience with training delivery/facilitation in virtual or in-person settings.
• Bachelor's degree or related equivalent will be considered.
• Ability to work in a fluid, changing environment.
• Knowledge of instructional design concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual training for customer service and claims processing.
• Provide coaching and feedback to new hires and staff to improve time-to-competency.
• Evaluate training content and partner with teams to measure ROI and impact.
• Collaborate with auditing, operations, and Talent Development to improve materials.
• Support development of pilot courses with instructional design input.
• Perform administrative tasks related to course delivery and surveys.
