One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Claims Support Clerk to join our growing team in Albany, NY! The part-time Claims Support Clerk will provide general clerical support for assigned claims administration unit(s), including data entry, digital indexing, and mailing activities. This Claims Support Clerk will work onsite in Albany, NY.
Monitor digital mail queues to receive and process new disability claims and supplemental claim documentation. Perform data entry of claimant information into claim system (Luminx). Index and associate incoming documents to the appropriate claimant records within the administration system (Synergy). Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to processing. Maintain established turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards to support timely and accurate claims handling. Assist with document management activities, ensuring records are properly organized and maintained. Provide administrative support to mailroom operations. Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to faxing documents, preparing materials for mailing, and sorting and distributing incoming correspondence. Follow established procedures and departmental guidelines to ensure compliance with quality and service expectations. Collaborate with team members and management to support operational goals and workflow needs.
$18.00 - $18.00 Hourly. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
