Brown & Brown Absence Services Group, part of Brown & Brown Insurance, is seeking a Claims Management Associate to join its SSDI team. The role focuses on learning the SSDI claims process, handling a high volume of client interactions, and developing the skills to progress to a Client Advocate.
This development pathway includes training, remote or in-office options, and a pay rate of $18 per hour, with standard 40-hour weeks and 9am–6pm EST hours, plus comprehensive benefits.

As a Claims Management Associate , you’ll learn our systems, build real expertise in the SSDI claims process, and develop the skills that drive success here: juggling a high volume of client interactions, exercising sound judgment on each claim, and staying organized as priorities shift throughout the day.
