The role requires handling inquiries and updates via phone and email, maintaining case records, and working across multiple systems. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair process from start to end to ensure effective and professional service.
• Ensure assignments are handled appropriately, based upon interaction with insurance carriers, vehicle owners, and auto repair facilities.
• Organizes and maintains detailed records and documentation within each claim transaction.
• Verify accuracy of assignments received and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording inquiries, complaints, or actions taken.
• Communicate with customers by telephone or email to provide information about claims, modify assignments, cancel assignments, or obtain details of complaints.
• Correspond with the insurance carrier, insured, and repair facility via email and phone.
• Work efficiently in multiple systems to achieve a singular goal.
• Must be flexible to work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc., as necessary.
• All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
