Job summary

Solera Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Claims Representative to manage on-site insurance property claim inventory in the Chicago area. The role requires strong problem solving, project management, and excellent customer service to support relationships with adjusters and service managers.

Travel to site locations within the geographic area is required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, with a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle available for use.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments per SOS field inventory processes.
• Complete tasks diligently aligned with department and corporate goals and objectives.
• Assist in business development activities with new and existing service offerings.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations with adjusters to aid retention.
• Communicate daily with Field Manager and Service Manager on operational issues.
• Follow all standard operating and safety procedures at all times.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
