Job summary

Sonsio LLC is hiring a Claims Specialist (Level 1) to accurately process new claims and deliver outstanding customer service to contract holders, dealers, and repair facilities. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include accurate intake of claims, CRM updates, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or claims processing, preferably in a call center.
• High School Diploma required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims and documentation.
• Flexible and adaptable to change; quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments.
• Must have access to a computer with built-in OS and at least one external monitor.

Responsibilities

• Process standard claims accurately and within SLA.
• Maintain detailed claim documentation, photos, and logs.
• Provide high-quality customer service to contract holders and repair facilities.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in CRM.
• Collaborate with other teams to coordinate customer support.
• Achieve call, QA, and attendance metrics.
• Follow established workflows and escalation processes.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Develop understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
