Pacific Specialty Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to join our in-office team. You will handle mail and calls, assist with claim intake and loss assignments, and support the Claims Department with various tasks to ensure a smooth claims experience for our customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, substantial prior experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Significant prior applicable work experience required.
• Some college / college degree preferred.
• Bilingual, especially Spanish, is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage/Process Incoming Mail and Phone Calls (75%).
• Perform Claim Intake and Loss Assignment Process.
• Post payback/adjustments from Subro/Salvage.
• Handle low complexity claims.
• Support Claims Team when directed by Claims Management.
