Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions (CRS) is seeking a Claims Assistant to support adjusters by organizing documentation, transmitting information promptly, and maintaining accurate systems. You will support the claims workflow for workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto matters while delivering excellent customer service to insureds and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years claims experience, workers’ compensation and/or GL/auto preferred.
• Understanding of claims processing principles and coverage interpretation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, gather, and transmit claims information to the company promptly.
• Maintain accurate data in the claims system through the process, including final settlements.
• Generate daily checks for medical payments.
• Compile and interpret reports on designated accounts as requested.
• Handle workers’ compensation and GL/auto claims across jurisdictions.
• Assist adjusters with state reporting, bills, and provider correspondence.
