Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a driven Claims Assistant to support adjusters by organizing and maintaining critical claim documents, including bills, legal correspondence, photos, and reports.

You will ensure data integrity in the claims system, process medical payments, and prepare reports while providing exceptional service to insureds, claimants, and internal teams. This role is a solid foundation for growth within CRS.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in claims processing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transmit claims information promptly from insured, claimants, and staff.
• Maintain accurate data throughout the claim process, including final settlements.
• Generate daily checks for medical payments.
• Compile and interpret reports on designated accounts.
• Handle medical workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Assist adjusters with State Reporting, bill payments, and provider communications.
